Booking includes the private charter of Suite del Mar, located in Marina Naviera Balear, Palma de Mallorca. The charter price includes your Captain, Stewardess, fuel, post charter clean, and use of the water toys, snorkel equipment and 2 paddle boards. 

IVA (Spanish sales tax) is also included in this amount.

 

It does not include food or drink and these can be brought on board by the client or can be arranged with the boat subject to availability and paid separately.

The booking can be made directly on our website where we will take payment in full.

 Upon payment, your booking of your requested date will be fully confirmed. If you have made an email enquiry for your date but have not yet made payment, we cannot guarantee continued availability of the date and time requested.

The client agrees to follow health and safety guidelines outlined by the captain on the charter and complete a signed passenger form for the day of charter along with a charter contract as required by Spanish maritime law. The captain reserves the right to cut off alcohol consumption if he believes that there is a real danger to the safety of anyone on board the yacht.

 

In the case of any dangerous conditions due to unforseen weather the captain reserves the right to return to the marina for the safety of the guests.

The boat reserves the right to cancel the charter should there be dangerous weather conditions on the day of charter or for other reasonable cause. In this case the boat will try to rearrange the charter for a date that suits the client. If this is not possible at all, the client will receive a refund for the booking.

 

If you, as the yacht charterer, wish to cancel your yacht charter you must notify us immediately in writing by email. Cancellation will be effective on the date at which Suite del Mar receives the cancellation. If you have notified us by email please follow up to check that we have received it.

 

Cancellation/Amendment Fees: In the case of cancellation from the date of booking we reserve the right to retain 30% of your charter cost as a fee to cover loss in revenue. Should you wish to rearrange the charter due to reasonable cause, we will move your payment to the new charter date. Please be advised that for cancelled bookings within 4 weeks of the charter date we cannot guarantee any return of the charter cost. We can however try to rebook the charter for an alternative day if possible. If the reasons for your cancellation are covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurer.

 

If you wish to make changes to the booking after confirmation, we will do all we can to make the necessary arrangements, but this is not guaranteed.
